The following forms should be completed and turned into the jobsite supervisor when you arrive for your scheduled date for both construction and the ReStore:

A limited number of forms will also be available onsite if you cannot access them for whatever reason.

GROUPS: If you are interested in registering more than 5 people for a workday, then please complete the group interest form on our home page.

Reserved	Construction > Henderson Build--Amelia, OH Saturday, February 4, 8:30am - 3:30pm (7 hours) Join us for building a new home for the Henderson family. Volunteers will help with getting the house dried in (blueboard insulation, tvek wrap, window/door installation & shingling) before winter hits. This can change as we get closer to the build day.
