The following forms should be completed and turned into the jobsite supervisor when you arrive for your scheduled date for both construction and the ReStore:

A limited number of forms will also be available onsite if you cannot access them for whatever reason.

Volunteers needed at the ReStore in Hamilton, OH Tuesday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday/Saturday 9am-4pm.  Shifts are flexible to fit your schedule.  Please call 513-893-1102 and ask for Karen or Ted for more info.
